A cleft lip and/or palate is a birth defect (congenital) of the upper part of the mouth. A cleft lip creates an opening in the upper lip between the mouth and nose and a cleft palate occurs when the roof of the mouth has not joined completely. It can be repaired and it's not a death sentence or the handiwork of the 'village people'  . If you know a friend, neighbour or relative that has a child that with cleft lip or palate, kindly inform them that surgery for the correction is free in LUTH. Yes, it is free! Simple analogy for those that will be voting. Buhari is Morata Atiku is higuain. Both are strikers but one is grossly incompetent and the other knows his onions. Higuain isn't that world class striker you might want in your team but that doesn't take away the fact he trumps morata heads and shoulders. Where morata flawed, higuain has excelled with exquisite finesse. My fellow Nigerians. Shall we still stick with morata whilst hoping for Icardi? Get higuain in. alotbof deformities out there and people cannot afford the treatment. if other teaching hospitals can take this up and do it for free. people don't mind a chance for betterment even if its being handled by trainees under the supervision of their lecturers |
