we are so sory to hear this you know its one of our newest model so i wll not say softwhare issue cos its not all that is hanging ,i will say maybe factory issue and so far some of them have been attended to. so, if you dont mind, you can bring it to our care center close to you for a possible replacement or quick check thanks.

ok this is what you need to do please off and restart it again but if its the same then take it to the outlet of purchase for a possible replacement. am sure its either factory issue or software issue and its minor

.. Hanging has kinda stopped BUT I can't still view my contacts from the contact app save from my dialer.. Am presently not around the state I got it tho

so sorry to reply you late . the price for the screen is 15,600 please if you just got the phone new and you are experiencing this problem, please return it to the outlet of purchase for a possible replacement or check up because it is still under warranty .it a factory or soft ware issue thanks.

Good features but with a 'price' of non removable poor battery. They should have made it at least 4000mAh or 3000mAh with removable option.
