Withdrawing my Payoneer funds directly to my bank account will cost me $15 (that's Payoneer withdrawals fee). Withdrawing through Payoneer MasterCard would cost atleast $9 and atleast 2 weeks of wait time, so what do I do?

This is the breakdown. I would have to go collect the card in the state capital and that would cost me $4 ( If I send someone I get charged $2). I cannot withdraw up to $75 at once because of 20K withdrawal restrictions on ATMs so I would have to initiate the transaction twice or thrice which would cost me more ...looks like Payoneer MasterCard is a fund-drainer but what should folks do? Any ATM that allows lump sum withdrawals with Payoneer MasterCard and a very good rate?

I don't know where u got all these figures from. However, before now, I was withdrawing from banks every week until I discovered exchangers.

For a 20k withdrawal, I was charged $6.51, which leaves me with an exchange rate of N323 per dollar.

So, get a reliable exchanger and use them.

Some of them exchange Payoneer funds for N345, making them far better.
