My OPINION: Only animals jump on other animals simply because they saw them naked. You cannot use indecency as an excuse for committing rape. Decently dressed ladies get raped. Should they be blamed for that too? Rape in whatever form is a sickness of the mind made manifest in its actions. There is no justification for rape and men and women should be taught to desist from it. All these said, your personal safety is your sole responsibility. Do not put yourself at the mercy of others. Ladies kindly stop visiting strange men at home or passing the night at the houses of men you are not comfortable with because you expect him to be a gentleman. Not everybody you see dressing cute is sane upstairs. When a guy you just met starts inviting you to his hotel room you should think twice before honouring that invitation.
