He never realized this until 11pm Friday when they told him Wike and Atiku already infiltrated INEC. INEC chairman was shocked with amount of evidence of inducement when INEC chairman was confronted with facts. Result sheets already in hands of certain people in strategic places in some important must win states. PDP focused on the states they thought were needed and induced the REC in those states. I was amazed talking to an insider yesterday from Kebbi state government who happens to be brother of Kebbi state governor. He's my personal friend.
