I need all the advice I can get as regards the Project Management Certification widely known as PMP.
I am an architect, an associate member of ARCON with about 4years post masters graduation experience.
Recently, I have made up my mind to shore up my CV so as to move to the next stage of my career and most importantly, change jobs to one that offers better pay package, challenges and experience.

I am about applying for the PMP certification training and exam but I want to be guided very well so that i dont end up making an uninformed decision. I have done some research on quora and read some articles. But I don't think, I have the sufficient information to take this huge step.I want to be very sure that the PMP certification will add the needed boost to my CV that will propel me into the next phase of my career.
The summary of my 4 years experience includes development of necessary design skill sets together with an average knowledge of construction and administration.

I sincerely crave your kind advice and assistance in all ramifications.
