Please i need help on the attached, this is the quote for parapet and wood work i was given for a 3 bedroom, dinning,kitchen, store and 1 study room bungalow in Lagos.

I will like to know if the quoted prices are on the high side and i hope someone in the house will guide me through the roofing process cos i must say i honestly dont know anything about building so i always seek advice.

I forgot the design at home but maybe someone in the house can use the attached pictures to do justice to this matter for me cos i cant imagine working and saving for one year only for one supervisor to rip me off big time.

total for parapet is 869,500 according to the quote.

Get 2 more persons to give u quotation that's how I see loopholes in each persons quotation then u can compare the number of materials requested the more reoccurring number always turns out to be the legit quantity. Then what's the welder doing on your roof

Thanks for prompt response, i actually forgot the design in Nigeria so i dont have it with me right now but am using stone coat roofing sheet which i already have on ground.

Concrete fascia in Edo state, four bedroom bungalow with two palour, store and a laundry. 650,000.

Really on the high side.. Like some say try to call 2 or more quotation n if your in Lagos I can get you someone who is not on the high side.. One I used

I usually don't comment on other people's quotes so it won't look like I'm trying to get the job but this is too much.

How can you spend almost 1 million on a 3 bedroom flat woodwork alone? What are they doing with 6 bags of nails??

I gave been doing roofs for a long time now and I've not seen where one spends almost 1 million on woodwork of 3 bedroom bungalow.
