OK it means Atiku has gotten up to 25% in 21 states then that is if you add those other states he lost wit a very close margine right?
Donmedra:
you must get 25% in 21 states and have the highest margin.

Not that you must get 25% in 21 states.

The law stipulates that you must get 25% of the total votes cast in two-thirds of the states plus FCT.

Now, let me break it down for you.

Two-thirds of the thirty-six states we have in Nigeria is 24.

Plus FCT making it 25.

So the winner must:

1. Have the highest number of votes cast over all.

2. Have 25% of the total votes cast in at least 25 states in the country.

Hope I have helped in making it a little bit clearer for you?

Bro I Atikulate pass u ooh. You misquoted me, Buhari is now a civilian who plotted a civilian coup
Re: Can Atiku Still Win by smeag0l(m): 1:23pm On Feb 27, 2019
And who told you they didn't?It's just noise they're making cos this is Atiku's last chance. He's already 72 years old. If they remove Borno, Yobe and re-run in Lagos, Kaduna, Kano and Rivers, Buhari will still win. It's not because I like Buhari but I've been follwing their result statistic since 2007. This same Buhari beat Atiku with over 4 million votes in 2007 without having Tinubu, Amaechi and Oshiomhole rig.The point is simple-SS and SE weren't enthusiastic about this elections as they were when GEJ was contesting
Donmedra:
PDP wasn't wise at all.

They should have made their agent submit every polling unit results in Nigeria and report cases of election disruption.

River,lagos was bloody
Burn inec in osun
Akpabio changing result
APC didn't even vote in yobe and borno, they just allocated the results
