A dead newborn baby was found in a refuse dump in a town called Ifo in ogun state. The baby still had placenta around the body and the dump
was just gathered by people in preparation for the normal Thursday environmental sanitation that takes place weekly.

People gathered after someone noticed and alerted others around. The police were also informed and they later came to carry the little corpse.
