Atiku must go to court so as to unravel the extent to which rigging in elections have gone in Nigeria.

This will also expose the level of rot in the APC that has always claimed intergrity.

Failure to do this will set a bad precedence as politicians will be encouraged to engage more in rigging since opponents dont go to court.

If he goes to court and present weak evidences, Nigerians will see it that he truly failed.

The only way we can believe that the election was free and fair as claimed by Buhari's group is when all evidences goes through the legal process and Buharri still comes out to be pronounced winner by the court.

Anything below this is a fraud. If Atiku fails to go to court then i will consider him a fraudster.

APC can also go to court if they have areas they noticed fraud on the part of the PDP.

All these will help to guide future elections properly.

I believe if Atiku presents very strong evidences he will be declared winner. It is very possible. Thats why APC is jittery about his going to court.

Two institutions that are empowered by the constitution to declare who won election in Nigeria are INEC and the Judiciary. The later should be explored asap.

Guy it hurts I know. But Atiku will be wasting his time there. Truth be told, the judiciary has been bought. Its in Bubu's hands. APC perfected this plan by ousting onoghen and planting their own stooge. I even feel pity for PDP governors, they will bear the brunt of the wickedness of the federal government.
Atiku should just leave it as it is. Everyone knew he won. It's just sad

Better, because it means he toyed with the trust that millions of his supporters across the country bestowed on him.

I disagree with some of your point sir.

Atiku should pursue this matter for the reasons i listed up there.

Evil thrives in a society when men fail to confront it squarely.

Even if the Judges and Nigerians see the plethora of evidences submitted by Atiku and still goes ahead to dance to the evil tune of the APC, then the judiciary would have succeeded in showing Nigerians and the world the level of rot in their system.

If at the end of the day Atiku is found to be truly defeated then nobody should continue to feel bad about it. I believe in justice.

What is he before undecided.

So you guys suddenly have hope in the judiciary system of this country. SMH. When buhari was trying to bring sanity to the system, you guys were opposing him

If the judiciary system is effective, even Atiku would be in prison for stolen funds

During his acceptance speech in 2007, late president UMARU YARADUA confessed that the election that brought him to power was a rigged election.

The supreme court Justices that later sat on PMB petition were on seat when YARADUA made the confession.

At the end, the supreme court upheld YARADUA presidency!

Atiku going to court is in the best interest of everyone. It will strengthen the electoral system by exposing the mass rigging methodologies adopted by APC. This is the secret APC wants to keep from Nigerians.

Oga, I voted for neither party, what is wrong is wrong, whether he was in apc or now in pdp, the point is, he is a criminal, and in a sane environment with sane judiciary system, most of these people u guys are canvassing for would be in prison,

It is you guys who vote for these people that are amnesiacs, pathetic, selfish and shallow minded. Imagine someone like atiku having supporters. u guys are the problem of this country not them.

Peter Obi's mandate was stolen when he contested for governorship in Anambra, he went to court and recovered the mandate.

Going through the judiciary to recover a stolen mandate is not a new thing for Peter Obi so there is hope.
