Our team at the airport ticket offices will ensure the issuance of documentation (e.g. E-tickets, miscellaneous charges order, excess baggage etc) with accuracy and clarity. Other responsibilities for our Ticketing and Reservations staff include the reconciliation of documents against revenue on a ticket sales return and the daily banking.

Scheduling and Planning Manager

The Scheduling and Planning Manager is responsible for generating significant revenue and reducing operating costs by deciding which market to serve, how often, when to fly and which type of aircraft to assign to a specific route.


Passenger Service Agents

The Passenger Service Agent's role is to provide front line customer information to a high volume of international passengers. He/she must have the ability to focus on the needs of passengers and act to ensure they are met.



OCC Controllers

Specifically, the OCC Controller is required to assist the OCC Supervisors and Flight Dispatchers on a shift basis in the day to day management of the flying programme and in particular OCC / Maintrol statistics and general secretarial administration.

Technical Storeman

Reporting to the Line Maintenance Manager, the licenced Engineers will certify the Arik fleet of B737-300, CRJ 200 and CRJ 900 aircraft types in both Line and Base maintenance.


Mechanics – Airframe, Engines and Avionics

The mechanics will work on the Arik fleet under the supervision of the certifying engineers. Their role will focus mainly on B737-300, CRJ 200 and CRJ 900 aircrafts.


Aircraft Planners
Division:

Reporting to the Line Maintenance Manager, the Aircraft Planners (Line and Base) will be responsible for both the routine and non routine maintenance of the Arik fleet of aircraft.

Security Guard
