HOW TO REPORT POOR SERVICE FROM YOUR BANK TO THE CBN

If your bank has failed to satisfactorily resolve issues reported to them, you now have a means of laying your complaints directly to the CBN (Central Bank of Nigeria):

1. Send an email to cpd@cbn.gov.ng

OR

2. Call 09-46236801
