A legal Officer is currently needed in a global IT/Software company that services Commercial Banks in Nigeria and some African countries.

The ideal candidate must have the ability to resolve legal issues involving the company, prepare quality SLA document and handle secretarial activities of the company.

Location: Mainland (Anthony, Lagos)

Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of BL Degree. LLM and membership of ICSAN will be of added advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years professional experience in legal capacity preferably in an IT firm or a Financial Institution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Possess positive attitudinal disposition.
