FOB PROCEDURE FOR TERM CONTRACTS OF BLCO WITH ROLLS AND EXTENSIONS

1. Buyers issues LOI , then Seller issue SPA to Buyer / Buyer Sign &Seal the Contract and Exchange the Signed Copy by Electronic Mail. The Electronic Signed Copy By Both Parties Is Considered Legally Binding.

2. Buyer returns the signed contract with FULL VALID VESSEL DETAILS WITH RECEIPT OF CHARTER/INVOICE AND ATL – AUTHORITY TO LOAD for the seller’s confirmation.
3 BUYER ISSUE PRE-ADVICE STATING READINESS TO ISSUE SBLC via MT 760 TO SELLER’S.

WITHIN 72HRS BUYER ISSUE SBLC TO SELLER ACCOUNT AND SELLER VERIFICY AND ISSUE 2% PB TO BUYER BANK.

3. UPON SUCCESSFUL VERIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION OF BUYER’S INSTRUMENT.

4. SELLER PROGRAMS THE BUYER’S VESSEL IN THE TERMINAL KEY-BOARD FOR LIFTING AND ISSUES NOR - NOTICE OF READINESS AND ETA (LAYCAN DATE AND TIME) – ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL TO THE BUYERS VESSEL/CAPTAIN.

5. UPON CONFIRMATION SELLER issues clearance to the buyer’s vessel to enter Nigerian waters for the gun-boat to usher the buyer’s vessel into the TERMINAL FOR LOADING/LIFTING.

6. Seller dispatches Buyer’s loaded vessel to the anchorage/inspection point for the documentations IN BUYER’S NAME and other formalities to be carried out, Buyer sends his own independent inspectors to conduct Q and Q test for his confirmation.

7. Full payment by SWIFT MT103 WIRE TRANSFER shall be released to SELLER’S BANK ACCOUNT and all the nominated accounts details as per the contract agreement.

8. All the cargo documents in the Buyer’s name are delivered to the Buyer and his Bank for the final payment.

9. SELLER UPON CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT RELEASES THE BUYER’S VESSEL TO SAIL TO BUYER PORT OF DISCHARGE.
10. SELLER PAY COMMISSION TO ALL PARTY.
