If possible, how much will it cost ? And how long will it last?

You can't learn professional web development to an advanced level in any Nigerian university.

If you need formal training in software development, you can go to Andela in Lagos else, arrange for one-on-one training.

I can teach you one-on-one in port harcourt.

The two web development work below amongst others are products of my one-on-one training with two people.
