Good day ladies and gents. I just applied for a fresh drivers license 2 weeks ago and its under processing and I was told that it will talk 3 or 4 months before my drivers certificate, learner's permit and coming for capturing etc. I was given two sheet of paper to photocopy and that will serve as pass for the main time pending when my application will be ready.

The issue is that I want to travel to Ekiti for my relative's wedding, I base in ibadan but I want to take the car along to help with running of errands and some other things. My fear is that my vehicle may be impounded by the police on the way due to the form that was given to me by frsc.

Although I have had two instances with the police as regards the form, the first say its fake, and the Second one says I can't use the application form to drive.

I don't know why they keep rejecting the form knowing fully well that the frsc drivers licence have it own process.

What can I do to these people on the way and I also want to travel to Ekiti with my vehicle tomorrow. Can I travel with the temporal driving licence I was given?

You need that form + a learner's permit, and even then you're not allowed to drive on the highway. Don't test your God, better find someone to drive you around.

I'm good at driving. It's my first time of getting the drivers licence. I have been driving for 3yrs.

Never said you weren't. Read my comment again.

You are legally not allowed to drive. Anything other than a temporary drivers license or the main drivers license will not save you from harrasment.

Don't forget, drivers license violation is N10,000. If you want to risk it, take your original vehicle particulars with you to avoid impound of your vehicle.
