Modenine is not on that list for the simple reason that he brand of rap is not radio / tv friendly. It does not take a lot to figure that out. He might be a killer on the mic but he seems to appeal to hardcore rap heads.

But someone in their right senses will definitely know they are just talking from their own point of view which is album sale.
Its not about if modenine is on the list or not but i can name 3 southafricans who definitely meant to be on that list, Prokid,Poverb and HHP
