Following the calamitous crash of a Boeing 737 max 8 plane belonging to Ethiopian Airline which claim th lives of all passengers on board, people have been clamouring on why aircraft manufacturers can't design aeroplane with parachutes to safe lives if perhaps there is an emergency.
