No wonder they said " an average Nigerian is criminally minded" don't you know that in a civilized world, it is an offence to have your product in the market without a price tag. The police fines you for that. Because it simply shows u have the intention of cheating.

I don't know where you heard that o, but even if it were true, it won't be valid on a 'commodity' that has no fixed price.

If you cannot make your price public why did u advice publicly? U can also pick your phone n call us one/one to ask if we need dog. So keep your dog n price secret.

Brother, this is what I have been saying, I just video called one of them yesterday to see the dog he is selling. Surprisingly, he is not selling any dog. He don't have a dog or puppy, what he does is advertise, negotiate a price and look for those that has dogs, they collect double the price and give the original owner half so everyone should stop patronizing them. They are more like agents or touts. That is why they are afraid to put the original price here so that the original owner will not find out.
