APC IMAGINARY COURT ORDER ON RIVERS STATE!

By Oraye St. Franklyn

Oby Ndukwe, a media aide to embattled Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, who goes by the facebook sobriquet, Mediafbi Adaoha designed to shield her personality from her nefarious activities could be facing legal battles given the revelation that she singlehandedly doctored media reports with the impersonating credentials of both a serving judge of the Federal High Court and a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, having the intention to mislead the unsuspecting public, among others.

According to the false report released by the said Mediafbi, Oby Ndukwe, and published without verification by mediums like Sahara Reporters, a Federal High Court issued a restraining injunction to INEC not to continue with its plan to complete the Rivers State elections scheduled for Wednesday, March 20, 2019.

For the avoidance of doubt, nothing of such happened. What Oby Ndukwe did, was to criminally doctor and edit the news report of Channelstv ( (https://www.channelstv.com/2019/03/19/breaking-court-stops-inec-from-going-on-with-collation-exercise-in-bauchi/amp/?utm_source=TW&utm_medium=ChannelsTV-%20AutoPoster&utm_campaign=SNAP%20from%20Channels%20Television&__twitter_impression=true ) on a court order concerning Bauchi State to mislead the public into believing that it was for Rivers State.

In Oby’s contrived report, as you would find, the name of Justice Inyang Ekwo as was reported on Channels TV’s version was edited to a nonexisting Justice Inyang Ewa, although with the intention to criminally impersonate Justice Inyang Ekwo, who is the only Judge in the Federal High Court that goes by the name Inyang (http://www.fhc-ng.com/posting.htm)

The next falsehood was that of the Counsel to INEC. Although the entire paragraph was also lifted from ChannelsTV’s report, she criminally edited the name of the lawyer from Tanimu Inuwa, SAN, to a nonexistent Ransome Uwa, SAN. The intention was to criminally impersonate Etigwe Uwa, SAN, (https://sskohn.com/our-team/etigwe-uwa-san/ ) the only SAN in Nigeria who goes by the name Uwa.

There’s no iota of truth in the report generated by Oby Ndukwe. Her report has fingerprint similarities with that of ChannelsTV, which was edited to falsely represent Rivers State. No court of law has issued a restraining order against INEC’s bid to complete the elections in Rivers State. The news as published by Sahara Reporters is fake and it is not surprising that it is a medium like it that makes itself available for the peddling of such monumental falsehood. Sahara Reporters has consistently taken an anti people position against Nigerians and for the benefit of the Africa Action Congress, a phantom and mischievous political platform being promoted by its owner.

The source of the fake news Oby Ndukwe, once reportedly arrested for fraud, it has been ascertained would now be facing charges for impersonation among others based on this report. There’s a limit to propaganda. It dies where truth lives.
