Stanbic bank does not have a uniform salary structue that cuts across any level,i was made to understand that it is based on your negotiating power,they will ask you what you were earning from where you are coming from and then ask you what you want to earn if they employ you

hello people, i wrote my test on 26th august in kimberly ryan lagos. It was shl, verbal was 48 questions in 30mins and numerical 35 questions in 35 mins. I have gone for 2 interviews since then. It was for experienced position. Any info on benefits of working with this bank so someone will not leave his comfort zone and start what he / she might regret. Every info will be really appreciated.

Did you attend your interview on the 3rd of this month,where you met some ladies and then met with the head,let me know,also have they communicated with you lately,coming to your question,presently,where are you working?,from what i gathered,working in stanbic is not a bad experience,you can give it a shot,though you still have to make your own enquiries so as to decide for your self,pls drop a line to know whats up,I also attended the interview but yet to hear from yhem
