So many questions have been asked, so I made some research and I wish to share with you guys.
Well , like I previously said people are curious about when do they send their transcript to Unilag after applying for Unilag Postgraduate Programme, is it after the Entrance Exam or after release of Admission List?
Perhaps you might consider, If I have my original certificate do I still need to apply for my transcripts to be sent to Unilag Postgraduate school?
All successful fresh Unilag postgraduate students will be required to either provide their original certificate or submit their academic transcripts of previous degrees to Unilag postgraduate school on or before the end of registration, that is after they might have published the admission list and the final registration/clearance is ongoing.
There is no need to start submitting transcripts when you are not yet sure if your name will be on the admission list or not. You have to wait to make sure your name is on the list before you start processing transcripts. There will be enough time to process all that after the admission list usually around 6-8weeks.
You can either submit your transcript in person(sealed) or you asked for it to be sent to Unilag. I understand most schools prefer to send it directly to the other school where it is needed. Which ever way Unilag do accepts it too in person from the students.
Incase your school is sending straight to Unilag, the address to send it to is; Administrative Secretary School of postgraduate studies, Unilag Akoka Lagos.
If you are submitting your transcripts in person to Unilag pg school, you must make sure that it remains in a sealed format just as it was issued to you.
Please Note: There won’t be any need for transcript if you already have your original certificates.
