APC National Chairman Comrade Adams Oshiomhole has led a delegation to the Republic of Niger as the country's ruling party, PNDS Tarayya (Parti Nigerien pour la Democratie et le Socialism -Tarayya or National Party for Democracy and Socialism) holds its national congress today. Governors Ibrahim Gaidam of Yobe State, Aminu Bello Masari of Katsina State, Abubakar Bagudu of Kebbi State, Kashim Shettima of Borno State and Mohammed Badaru Abubakar of Jigawa State are travelling together with the APC national chairman.
