Honestly, nobody would have won, with a lot of big countries engaging in nuclear enrichment, it would have been a nuclear war. We would have successfully ushered in the apocalypse and turned the entire world into a uninhabitable wasteland.

Depends on which part of the Cold War you are talking about.

If its during the early stages right after WWII and around the Korean War period, I would say Soviet Union and its Communist allies, simply because of their advantage in numbers.

But if its in the later periods around the 80s then most likely it will be NATO, due to superior technology and lack of widespread corruption, and also the USSR had lost its most important ally, China.
