Knowing average Nigerians, it is good we have good knowledgeable people around to alert buyers about undisclosed info that is very relivants to potential buyer.
This is not spoiling of market, they are info any genuine seller is supposed to give.

You can't tell me you are selling a car worth 3.5m for me at 1.1m without telling me the reasons you are doing that, honest marketer should disclose such and a buyer can buy after considering the pros and cons.
