I'm currently working on a Nairaland app (unofficial), which u can find here.

I wanna include chat messaging as one of the app's features. That is, using your nairaland account, you could directly message others who are using the app as well. My thinking is that this would be better than sending mail.

However, I'm unsure if it's legal or ethically correct to do so. What would be the right way to go about this?

Ethically wrong? You mean immoral? No! That's a feature d owner of this forum has been requested of yet he is to bz (lazy,hazy,crazy)to pay any attention to it. Illegal? I don't know. But if it affects his bznss in anyway, u can b sure he'll b ready to play rough n dirty with u.
