Buhari will pass the education test. He has equivalency education that far surpasses waec.

It says "received education up to school leaving certificate or equivalent".

But the school Buhari claim to have obtained his school leaving certificate didn't exist until Buhari had become an army officer.

That means Buhari never had basic education though he may have obtained higher education.

In that case his may be qualified to run for presidential election but will have to go to prison for lying to have school leaving certificate.
