I just got this Mifi today since it supports all 4G LTE Bands I know of, since I got it I noticed it shows my password on the screen. Does anyone know a way of removing it?

You can't remove it, it's to help you so you won't lose the password and have to reset in case you forget the password. Over a period of time, you could forget as you won't have the need to use password each time you put on the WiFi of your phone, and in a case you want to connect a new device. Hence, the password display.
The mifi is meant to be kept from those you won't want to see or know your password
