If you want to buy I sell but you also check online too and stores around you. Normal charcoal still works but not as effective as the activated one. You will need to ingest plenty. There's no overdose just constipation so user must drink a lot of water with it. In case of emergency and you don't have the activated around use the normal one you find around BUT MAKE SURE the wood source is from the bush and not processed planks. Bamboo activated charcoal is one of the best (better than wood).
Just grind it into powder form (if not already in powder form) and swallow with water or akamu. Don't use tea or soft drinks.
