There is

Wealthy
Rich
Upper class
Middle class
Working class
Poor
Extremely poor

Now imagine when 46% of Nigerians (almost half of the country) is extremely poor.

Something must give no matter how hard the old guards try to maintain the status quo.

This is unsustainable.

Nigeria is sitting on a powder keg.

USELESS FOOL Instead of disturbing us with all these dodgy ''reports'' from God-knows-where, why not tell us what YOU are doing to help your fellow Nigerian? Do you have a business employing people? Did you join a charity? What have YOU done?

Is it not your mates forming start-ups in Yaba that are attracting millions of dollars in investment from overseas? If you are productive, you will have no time or inclination to be posting all this useless rubbish. GET WORKING.

It is NOT the government's job to create jobs. It is YOUR job. You are the private sector. And in every country the private sector provides 99% of the jobs.

As things stand today there are MANY opportunities open to folks. A lot of guys that post this rubbish here can start a business in their backyard manufacturing handbags or shoes, or women hats etc. If they do well, they'll explode. This is what happens in China. Mum and dad factories in the backyard producing stuff which they export to us here in Nigeria. People hear China China and think it's all happening in big factories over there. Not so. Many are home based operations. Here we have this dependency syndrome. If you can't get a job, you'll come online to insult Nigeria and Buhari, instead of going online to learn a marketable skill, for FREE, and deploy same to a business here. There is no business endeavour you wish to pursue today, that you will not find a free training course for it online, today. In Nigeria there is high demand for EVERYTHING, so what is our excuse?

WTF! you have proved with this comment that you know nothing and you just an old man being fed and sheltered by his parents. Do you know what it takes to run business? Has the govt provide energy or even road? Do you know what businesses suffer because of power outage. Buhari is a complete failure

Shut up, China has 24/7 electricity supply. China has stable economic policies. China has infrastructures like roads and railways etc, but Nigeria does not even have ordinary electricity.

Mumu. Excuse maker. In India they have power outages every day, yet millions of people there are doing serious stuff and making money! For many, if not most small businesses, you don't need fantastic roads or 'railway' or even 24/7 power, to operate them. So drop the excuses. There is always a way if you are serious.

I know a girl who went online and learnt how to make fancy donuts, with various flavours, decorations etc. Today she has a list of high paying clients whom she regularly supplies the donuts to fresh every week. She's not even got a shop, and she's making not less that 300k per month.

She doesn't need ''great roads, railways and 24/7 power'' to make this kind of money. There are many businesses like that.

You must be on drugs. I just posted you instances of power outages in India and you're reciting the same shit like a zombie.

Get this, you moro.on. Power cuts are the NORM across the world, not the exception. 80% of countries on earth are developing countries. They ALL have power issues. The problem with many of you Nigerians is that because of your colonial history, whenever you travel abroad, you always go to the developed west. London, or USA. You rarely travel to Peru, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Uganda, Ethiopia, Jamaica, Pakistan, Cuba, Sierra Leone, Djibout, Burma, Madagascar, Cambodia, Barbados, Mali, Zambia, Burundi, etc... These are where the majority of humans live, not UK, USA and Germany.
