It's over a week now I have been experiencing itching on my penis, thigh, groin, buttock and at times other areas.The itching is usually intense in the night.I have been using Vistaplus cream but there's not really any improvement.
There are reddish or maybe pink stuffs on the tip of the penis
Furthermore, two days ago, I felt a small solid lump in my groin.
Please I need urgent medical advice from the Professionals on what to do or probably if there's any home remedies.

NOTE :I had never had sex before not even once.

It might just be a mild fungal infection easily picked up in toilet..
U can get fulcin tablet, also geet funbact -A cream and apply on the area to relieve ur itching abit...If u can't sleep...Take one or two tablet of piriton join...u'll be fine last last

While this is a troubleshooting diagnosis.....U need to be properly examined in camera to determine if u need ur body fluids taken for comprehensive test and tailor fit antibiotics tackling....That's if u ain't fine after a couple of days

Now, you’ve never had penetrative sex does not rule out the possibility of an STD infection.

You could have gotten infected through a cut, a kiss, sharing sharp objects and a toilet/urinal. Go to the hospital!

Another thing might be an allergic reaction; did you change underwear to another with a different material? Did you use a new cream around your groin? Did you take a new food/drink? Did you touch an animal? Did you take any drug? Did you get stung/bitten by any insect? Did you bathe somewhere foreign?

Finally, are you the type that cannot go to sleep with his hand inside his boxers? You might have touched something or a surface or someone and forgetting to wash your hands, you went to sleep with your hands in your boxers.

Just go to a hospital or a small health center(government owned is very cheap). All the best.

About the other possible causes you listed, I think I did like 90% of them.

But my question is :did the lump appear as a result of the infection? And will it disappear after treating the underlying condition?

Could be scabies. The symptoms are non-existent in the day and intense at night. If you have itches in parts of the body that sun doesn't really touch its mostly scabies. Parts like your ankle, elbow, waist area etc. Look for permethrin cream, it is between 3500-6500.

For instance, if it’s a viral infection, applying antibiotics or antifungal ointments is just an effort in futility and that’s probably why the vistaplus is not having any effect.

Regardless, some bacteria are more powerful than the other, so what you’re using might not work even if you use it for a thousand years. As for the lump, only a test will tell you why it appeared and what treatment will make it disappear.

So the best thing to do is go to the hospital, get yourself tested and follow the doctor’s prescription.
