Hey Naanlong01!
That's cool. The price depends on how soon you apply to the time you intend to travel. It's best to book 2 weeks ahead as you'd get the lowest prices unlike when it's some days before your flight when it gets pretty more expensive.
Generally, weekend flights are more expensive. So if you want to save some cost it's vest you book day from mon-Fri.
For the site? please google "Arik air". Document? A valid means of identification is required preferably a national I'd card, voters card or an international passport. If you're a Corper you could also use your NYSC ID.

I hope I could help.
How much did you pay and did you apply 2weeks ahead?

If you see the way I am smiling here...ehn grin

It's simply because I can't wait to experience how you felt.

I've never boarded a flight and thank God now I can afford it.

It's the one thing I intend doing before the year runs out.

Yep...I want to see Las gidi one more time and also to have my first flight experience....Double excitement for me cheesy tongue wink

interesting.

My scariest flight was from South Africa. The Pilot was too fast that he made it to Nigeria airspace in about 5hours when it should be 6 hours+...I even remember seeing a man on the clouds. I know people no go believe me undecided but I saw a man moving on the clouds.
Skin color and what did he wear?

Are u mandated to respond to my post? And what do u mean by me of all people? Do we know each other? I aired my view on the thread cos I'm entitled to it, same with any other follower of the thread. My post shouldn't tickle your fancy or rather draw you aback because it's not the only contrary opinion on the thread

When I first flew the plane for me it was exciting. When I was told to take off my shoes at the airport I was surprised. Are you seriously? But now I was at different airports and this is not surprising.

Yep. With your explanation, it's a fact you're also conversant with that route. grin I do all that well. Cos of sightseeing all the way to and from Pennsylvania, if I'm coming back home via JFK for instance, I'd board a greyhound bus and stop either at New York Washington bridge or New York port authority station, depending on my preferred route. I also love NY.

Have you tried MegaBus?

I boarded it once from New York City to Washington D.C. & I loved it...

The Double Decker Buses are cool...

Nowadays I usually ride MegaBus except when MegaBus doesn’t go to my intended destination then I have no other option than to travel with Greyhound...

I love New York City too but it’s so crowded & crazy,
if I had an option between both, I will choose Washington D.C. it’s more calmer & cool albeit it’s also expensive as well...

New York City is comparable to Lagos while Washington D.C. is comparable to Abuja F.C.T.

I see. I love NYC because I be Lagos Guy...i'm used to crowd in my city, lol. I have never boarded megabus, but would give it a try someday. I have been to DC too severally, the neighbouring MD as well...but too expensive as you said. Maybe you should try LA in your next visit. They have ridiculously low hotel rates. It's not crowded as well. Visit Knotts Berry park and Dysneyland in Anaheim with your family. Cheers

What part of LA has ridiculously low hotel rates?

Last time I checked for flight tickets to LA it was around $300 - $500 which is a bit expensive for domestic travel...

I was thinking about moving to Maryland due to it’s proximity to both Washington D.C. & New York City plus it’s high African American Population but I was discouraged by the high cost of living...

A one bedroom apartment goes for about $1,500 which is on the high side...

I have decided to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia next year since it’s relatively more cheaper to live over there...

Anaheim and Torrance aren't expensive. 300usd is too high for domestic travel truly but if you book spirit airways ahead of your trip, you might not spend up to 300usd on your return trip
I had flown spirit from Baltimore MD before, to LA on a one-way trip and all I spent was 110usd, for 5 hours flight. Try cheapoair.com

Isn’t Baltimore, MD as cold as Atlanta, Georgia?
