Let me not come down to the level of your dumb brain by indulging in senseless insults.ill rather school you.
Firstly, was there any point atiku was leading and he was overtaken suspiciously?
Even if you catch a thief,is it not right by pursuing justice through legal means?
The evidence atiku is bringing are there backed by law?
Between buhari and atiku, who is more prone to steal?
Why are you taking a party that is talking about campaign crowd serious?
Try and attend tribunal sittings and stop arguing with those familiar with it

Now that u want to reasonable, I guess, let discuss

1. Firstly, was there any point atiku was leading and he was overtaken suspiciously?

How can Atiku lead at any time if the results have been predetermined? If the results were concocted by APC in collaboration with INEC even before the election?

2. Even if you catch a thief,is it not right by pursuing justice through legal means?

Atiku going to the tribunal is seeking redress through legal means, so what's your point?

3. The evidence atiku is bringing are there backed by law?

In the law of "prima facie" - every thing and anything is evidence if it serves to expose a default by any party in litigation. Have you seen Atiku''s final evidence to conclude it is not backed by law?

People like you all over Nigeria will put the lies to rest and Atiku will emerge victorious. Some are even saying the procedure is in INEC manual.

I'm not sure these are admissible in the tribunal.

Your personality was used to formulate the word dumbness.you should have kept quiet as i originally advised dunce.if atiku thinks that figures were altered at collation points, why is he not using results recorded on polling unit result sheets to build his case? Are you so empty that you cant realize that most results transmitted to server were prone to alterations just like results at collation points? Even a kid knows that form ec8a are the main results with parties having copies

Uploaded results should equal collated result, why having disparity? Atiku is driving at a forensic audit of manually collated result and ballot papers, which INEC is not forthcoming despite court orders and now you are refusing to even accept server result whi h N212m was budgeted for aswell...

Little boy, think before you type!

The little boy is one who mixes insults with half sense or one who ends a good reply with senseless insults depicting himself ironically.

Let trash the issues you raised.how can you say inec and apc concocted results before the polls? Evidence actually suggests that both made rigging plans and that buhari was the likeliest winner.but post evidence of the concoctions by the way.during the election proper, several voters stayed behind till results were declared and they posted polling unit results on social media which showed that buhari won most polling units.infact, buhari performed well in units in ss and se while atiku did poorly up north.this was enough to tell you the likely winner.i wonder where you saw your own results.

Atiku has approached the tribunal but he is trying to use means unknown to law to get a short cut victory.seems he is gambling.why focus so much on server results unknown to law while neglecting pollen unit results sheets that gave birth to those server results?

All your evidence must be admissible and lawfully procured.the server result is a proceed of crime.i have seen atiku's petition so i have a good idea of what evidence he is likely to cough out.novice in election petitions like you wont understand sha.a man calling 400 witnesses for 400 polling units is a joker.do you realize that he even added trader moni in his petition

There can be no truth if you don't follow laid down rules and regulations.

Any INEC official that transmitted results electronically actually deserves to be arrested.

Just as a judge continually forgets to declare his assets, that is evidence he's hiding illicit sums.

Lastly, what is the make of bike you rumour mongers like to peddle?

Atiku will lose . Even if he has seen results on the server how will he reconcile them with the ones on papers read out by the commissioners in each state .His claims sound somewhat irresponsible .

Good,we are getting somewhere.if uploaded results are not tallying with collated results, then the solution is from the polling unit result which is the foundation of all results and collation? Why is atiku not exploring that angle? Why cant atiku get all polling unit results and do a re collation?
Concerning forensics, atiku can't do thst.the electoral act doesn't permit that and the tribunal rightly ruled so when he applied for forensics.you guys forget a lot.we can only use server results if result sheets are destroyed

How do you grant someone access to polling unit result without audit of ballot papers..

Polling unit result is just written down figures, the uploaded result is even more transparent than polling unit written figures without audit of ballot papers which INEC refused.

NgeneUkwenu lacks the mental ability to be reasonable. You can't expect sense from someone who thinks yahaya bello is the best thing to happen to kogi state. And if you pray for her that God will do to her life what yahaya bello has done to kogi state, she will be calling the mod and claiming "rule 2 broken" Very shameless and hypocritical person.

Oga,the court granted atiku access to inspect ballot papers anyhow he likes without using forensic audit.he can recount ballot papers and match the results on the result sheet to see if it tallies.or are you forgetting that it is from result sheets figures were injured into the card reader?

Stop confusing yourself.the result sheet is not just a common paper,it is legal and powerful and more transparent than server results.did you hear the osun tribunal talking about any server result? Try and contact as many presiding officers as possible.even the presiding officers who testified here on nairaland said card reader results were transmitted outside the polling unit at the collation office without any party agent or voter present while result sheers were filled in the presence of everybody and copies were given out.so my friend, which one is more transparent?

Good.someone is following me finally.if the original result sheets are not available, copies will be used from party agents or the police.i can cite several exsmples of where the court used the police copy to declare winners in rivers and osun.it is only when all copies are destroyed that server results can be used as a last resort.it is that simple

My brother, the law is not straightforward oh.do you know that if police do not bring strong evidence to nail evans,he will be freed?
It is not the business of the court to prove that war torn areas recorded huge votes, only atiku can do that.borno and yobe didnt record a million plus.as far as there was no over voting,it is ok.borno has over 2 million viters and yobe has a million.from atiku petition,he only cited few wards in this states and even if results there are canceled,it will make no meaning.

I was one of the presiding officers in the recently concluded election in Kwara for both the governorship and presidential election. after the election all presiding officers were to transmit the results direct to inec server which was made compulsory by INEC..

Failure to do this or incorrectly inputing wrong data ultimately cancels that polling unit and the Presiding Officers were made to understand they alone will bear the full brute whatsoever comes next.

So all polling units result were transfered to Inec server by the P.O's
