The most expensive places to live in Lagos are Lekki, Victoria Island and Ikoyi. Yet they have no stable power supply, no good road network, no good drainage system and no drinkable water supply.

Na just name, status symbol

In reality these places are like ghetto when compared to Capetown and Durban in South Africa or even Casablanca in Morocco.

pls do you stay in lagos?

Whish kin yeye thread be this.... Someone will just come out and open one inconclusive and undetailed thread, based on little or no knowledge of the subject; and b4 the few sensible ones like us would raise red flags and call B.S... the NL e-gladiators would have descended on the thread and turned it into another e-arena of battle and tribal duels...

for convenience sake, the researcher(s) should 've gone further to help us know which part of Lagos and maybe the estate location, is it in Lekki phase1, Aj city or sand filed Vict island etc

My own is something should be done to unoccupied homes in Abuja. It sad. People want to rent but it's not affordable causing waste.

That part for Abuja is very wrong. There are places in Abuja were you can get rent cheaper than 120k yearly.i have paid less when i lived in mpape.

bros, mpape is not a livable place.
forget there
