It could be anything bro. From the history of the birds; feed type ,quality and quantity to diseases like New castle or egg drop syndrome. How is ventilation on your farm? do your birds get adequate drinking water? deep litter or battery cage? what is the population, age and vaccination history of your stock? When was the last time you dewormed? Are sure there no pilfering going on the farm? waiting for your reply but meanwhile place them on egg boosters or supplements/ E.g Amino Total.

Gather them together,address them over the issue,catch one and behead it while others watch, use it for pepper soup and eat it in their presence,watch as they provide the postinor tablets they have been taking.
OR
If you have anyone you suspect is not happy about your poultry farm,stab him to death,he/she has been feeding them postinor. Try these procedures and see..

place them on Amino acid supplement after deworming them.
