Give this a try it worked magic for me. Buy ginger, tumeric, garlic and clove (seed from hibiscus flower ie zobo seed).

Peel the back cut them into pieces then soak in water in a Eva water bottle. Allow to ferment for three days then enjoy the ur drink morning and night. Refill bottle until extracts reduced.

Side effect: hard stool or reduced frequent of toilet pressure.

Pls stop eating anything corn. pop corn , bear , corn it causes it a lot. I have this exactly. no difference. but I stop taking alcohol it increases it. take enough water , drink a tea spoonful of liquid parafin it helps. though mine is still like this but no pains again. now am about to buy food supplements from Kedi health care I have not bought it and have not tried it. I am a Ghanaian and resident in Ghana so i cannot tell you the stores that sell Apple cider vinegar in Nigeria. However, i believe a very good supermarket should have one. If you have shoprite or any big stores like that, you should be able to find them there.

For fruits you can eat pears, apples, and bananas.

you can eat sweet potatoes, oats, Kidney Beans

You must avoid cheese, chips, fast food, ice cream, meat, prepared foods, such as some frozen and snack foods as well as processed foods

I will advice u to use efiri(saint leave), ewuro (bitter leave) together with osan wewe (lemons orange). Both drinking and for soup for a week but don't use lemon orange for soup

Your condition has a simple cure which i will tell you for free. I am an alternative medicine practitioner in Ghana. Do not go for surgery or you will regret it.

You only need 3 things

1) A change of diet

2) Mango seeds

3) Apple cider Vineger

Eat more of fruits and fibers (vegetables) and drink lots of water first thing in the morning. 1 litre or 2 in the morning on an empty stomach

2) This is mango season so get the mango seeds and dry them. Crack the seed open and you will see another seed inside it. Dry that one and grind it to a powder. Prepare a teaspoonful of it as tea and drink 3 times a day.

3) Go and get quality apple cider vinegar from a good store. For external application, dip some cotton wool in the apple cider vinegar and apply on the pile externally, leave on for 30mins and then wash it off. For internal use, get some of the apple cider vineger frozen into little blocks of ice and insert into the Anus in frozen form.

I had this pile, they even recommended surgery for me, my mother in law helped me cure it.I used saint leaves or nchuanwu in Igbo language. after your bath in the morning, take a couple of fresh saint leaves, crush them with your hands, while the liquid is coming out, mold them and insert it into your anus, leave it there and remove before you sleep, it will stain your boxers so use dark boxers, one week later you will never see it again, I did not take a drug for mine, also eat fruits in the morning, plus lots of water. it will vanish.

Never mentioned itchy anus am hearing it from u for the first time.
I saw the pic the OP showed it was like a boil very close to the anus. If that's not the same as yours then am sorry we are on a different page and cane help you.
But if it is the same pic like the OP showed of a boil very close to the anus then NOTE that's not pile but with time it will result to cancer of the anus and the pain is excruciating.
As per the food stop eating noodles and spaghetti.
Because after I stopped the alcohol and sugar with mineral the lump never really went away and most times I want to stool there is always this sharp pain that goes straight to my brain like the pain you feel when you have tooth ache.
Till I stopped noodles and spaghetti all together I have not felt a single pain some 3 years back and the lump has disappeared and I also only take palmwine and some other healthy habits.

Is he still experiencing the hard stool issue? If yes, I'd advise he takes Bisacodyl tablet (1 or 2 tabs in the morning, afternoon & night, depending on the severity) just for a day. Most certainly before the next day, he'll develop a very strong urge to poop every stool left in his system. He must ensure to take sufficient water in-between. The med. will soften the stool & make him purge out all the poop with much ease.

And after pooping all the waste out, he can then adopt a dietary regimen that will enable him poop without having to strain himself. Presently, he is suffering from chronic constipation.

Squeeze scent leaf and apply in the affected part morning and night,it hurts but it works.u should also eat more of it raw or add to your cooked food.avoid sugary things, stachy food,alchohol, smoking. Eat food and fruits rich in fibre,water melon is very important for easy bowel movement.

I'll recommend Anusol suppository which you'll insert in your an.us once daily (preferably at night just before your bedtime). Then you combine that with the sitz bath therapy of sitting on warm water mixed with Epsom salt like twice or more a day. That means you'll have to get a sizable potty for that. Your dietary regimen must change as well to prevent a reoccurrence of constipation that triggers the pile.

Haemorrhoidectomy is the solution here.It is a third degree haemorrhoid, with a concomitant fissure. Hence the pain and discharge. Locate a general surgeon or proctologist. Leave the agbo.

No medical remedy for it except herbs look for a good herb please

Yea I read that. But the tabs I recommended will enable him poop out the entirety of the hard stool with much ease. Removing the stool by hand may even cause a tear in his an.us sef.

Surgery is the best treatment. No medicine cures pile accept when it's at minor.urs has stayed upto five years .go to federal hospitals they have best surgeon. Highest u pay 40k or less for it.stop wasting ur money on drugs.thats how my younger sis cured her own through surgery.today she is mindful of what she eats to avoid constipation.
