Several advice here.
But I'm yet to see any reasonable.
Your phone is sending or receiving data somewhere.
You should be concerned if someone isnt extracting data or information from your device.

You should also check if your phone operating system is not updating.
Lastly what phone is this?

I don't think Android OS should gulp down that much data for any reason, this is mine. Something must be tampering with your data in disguise if Android OS
