. Job Title: Shift Engineering Team Lead
Job Summary
Shift Operations Team Lead will coordinate all production and engineering activities in his shift and ensure the prevention or minimization of equipment downtime during the shift. He leads techniciansand machine operators during the production activities and ensures prompt resolution of faults on machines and equipment.He serves as the safety, environment and quality champion for his team and ensures that all jobs are done in compliance to all safety regulations and standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Leadsand coordinates the technicians and operators during shift
2. Takes proactive measures to prevent machine breakdown.
3. Ensures strict compliance with all food safety regulations and set standards during his shift.
4. Liaise with other teams during shift to facilitate the achievement of the company’s QCDSM objectives
5. Provides updates and feedbacks to management by way of prompt reporting and logging of shift activities
6. Leads the team in proffering and execution of solutions to issues during the shift.
Person’s Specifications
1. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
2. Good verbal and written communication skills
3. Creative problem solver able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
4. Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project
5. Good understanding of relevant regulations and strict attention to details.
6. A team player who is able to influence and motivating his colleagues towards achieving the team’s objectives.




Functional Qualifications Specifications
1. HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 2 to 3 years relevant engineering and production experience preferably in a food processing environment
2. Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and use of basic ICT applications.
3. Excellent communicator; able to understand instructions and communicates effectively
5. Job Title: Electrical Technician
Job Summary
Electrical Technician works along with the Electrical Maintenance Lead and Shift Operations Lead in the execution of all maintenance activities in his team. He takes active part in the execution of planned and interventions maintenance jobs of his team’s functions. He carries out performance checks on all equipment and fills maintenance and other performance checklists of the plants and machines. He reports to and assists the Maintenance Team Lead in maintenance execution and record keeping.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Monitoring and analyzing electrical machine operational parameters and taking proactive steps to prevent machine breakdown.
2. Testing electrical machines and devices for improvement, safety, and quality control
3. Promptly repairing faulty electrical equipment and machines to minimize downtime.
4. Performing and analyzing tests to track results and make recommendations for machine performance improvements
5. Giving necessary support to other engineering and operational team members in resolving machine operational and engineering malfunctions.

Person’s Specifications
1. Good verbal and written communication skills
2. Willing to learn new skills and techniques relating to hisfunctional area.
3. Able to understand instructions and communicateeffectively
4. A team player with good interpersonal relationship and easily works along with others towards achieving the team’s objectives.

Functional Qualifications Specifications
1. OND , C and G intermediate or Equivalent Technical School(NABTEB) Certificate in Electrical Engineering with 2 to 3 years experience.
2. Have basic electrical engineering and fault troubleshooting skills on panels, motors, and basic electrical devices and components with basic knowledge of electrical controls.
3. Good understanding of relevant regulations
6. Job Title: Mechanical Technician
Job Summary
Mechanical Technician works along with the Mechanical Maintenance Lead and Shift Operations Lead in the execution of all maintenance activities in his team.
