For me, it's the eyes.

A girl has got to have very fierce eyes before I'm compelled to staring down to other parts, and staring at those other parts is just for the purpose of assessing her physicality as a woman. Except those other parts are just of this world and I glance at them first before returning to the eyes to confirm the fierceness in them. No fierceness, no tracking.

What would make me to ask a girl is the way she dresses (good looking) respect and her beauty to show off me to my other collegue

Her smile and the way she carries herself. She has to be in good physical condition too, It shows she cares about herself. Where I meet her has a lot to do with it as well. A bar I would never ask her out. but at a dance or someting I would in a heart beat. Once i got to know her well enough to know she's single and open to going out.
