1. Call the Austrian Embassy, Abuja and schedule an appointment (You may be asked to come in 2-4 months time)
2. Ensure that the invitation letter sent to you was stamped by a notary in Austria.
3. Go to the Austrian Embassy in Abuja get the form and other necessary information from the gatemen.
4. Have all docs you will need to present on the interview day ready (If the invitation letter does not include health insurance you will need to get one)
5. Be at the gate on time for your appointment. You will not be allowed to enter if you are one minute late (they are that strict)
