Point From One Man Judge Who Declared Adeleke Winner In The Appellate Court.

1. Returning officer lack power to cancel votes that has been announced at unit and ward level. He said it was a deliberate tactics to deny PDP winning at the first election.
2. That INEC didn't call a witness to defend their claims where evidence is what courts do rely upon.
3. That Justice Obiora Absence on 6th under the law has nothing to do with PDP favourably judgement.
4. He agreed that there was a saboteur who doesn't present the judge with documents to sign at the tribunal level on the 6th day.
5. That the rerun conducted was an illegal exercise.
6. That INEC results sheets did not tally.
7. He condemned INEC for so many Disperancies in their results.
8. That INEC didn't present some of the needed documents in court which to him is a deliberate act to shut Adeleke out.
9. The judge also Award #200k against the appellant and its candidate.
The man simply make sense to every reasonable human. Who loves and desired justice.
