Dont be hard on yourself. You should learn and try not to be too critical of yourself. Let's go back to simplicity erh, if its consensual sex with someone you love, it cant be a sin. It's just like all other things, that when not done in moderation, then turns into and/or becomes a sin

If you can't hold on till you meet your wife, ask the Holy Spirit to help you, with His help you can hold on till the right time comes.

Sex, as good as it is, just like eating food can be done in a way that displeases God. If you can fast on food with the help of the Holy Spirit, why can't you do same on sex?

What displeases God will always be evil no matter what or who you have on your mind. You can as well go on to steal a cup of rice while you have your family on your mind because your family is hungry and you're broke.
