Hope lkmine will also be solved with your advice...on sat 10th of may 2019 I went to first bank ATM to withdraw money after withdrawing a said amount I noticed that my balance was not correct, prior to that my balance was 25k I thought that after withdrawing 6k which I did I will be left with 19k. I checked my balance it was only 3k left so I quickly used my first bank app to confirm I saw 20k was withdrawn from my account without my consent, with this description CWD-05-02-19-10509242-50220909.....The transaction date was 10th may 2019...amount -20k...I have never exposed my card nor given anyone my ATM details... I called the customer care he said I used my master card to make online transaction on the 2nd of may and that 2nd of may there was no transaction of such on my ACC transactions bank statement online... Guys pls advice me how do I get my money back...The question is simple if I did use my card to make an online transaction on the 2nd of may why debiting on the 10/05/19 it doesn't add up....There is record of any transaction on the 2nd of may in my account
