Job Summary

The Sales/Letting Agent is responsible for generating leads for the business, building and maintaining profitable business relationships with clients. He/She is required to work effectively with the team towards achieving set goals and targets for the business.

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

1. Meet the company’s expectations in driving business growth by marketing and promoting properties to let
2. Monitor to let properties as they proceed and liaise effectively with all parties involved in the process (landlords, tenants, solicitors, and other estate agents)
3. Ensure to stay updated about trends and changes in the property industry form time to time
4. Conducting regular research and gather information about properties and proper profiling as required
5. Offer quality advice to clients as they make decisions to rent properties
6. Identify prospects and develop ways to interact and foster profitable relationships
7. Perform quality vetting and checks on prospective clients
8. Build and maintain business relationships with our wide range of clientele
9. Draw up offer letters, tenancy agreements and other business documents as required
10. Drive business growth and productivity via Innovation and creativity
11. Maintain an excellent reporting system through the appropriate channels
12. Make contributions to team efforts and achieve team and company goals
13. Provide adequate information about products and services to customers as required
14. Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients aimed at generating leads for the business
15. Build and manage client database
16. Partake in training sessions, meetings and other tasks as required by management


Qualifications

1. HND/FIRST DEGREE in a related field
2. Candidate must possess a Driver’s license
3. Candidate must look presentable at all times.

Benefits

1. Salaries are made up of a basic salary plus commission, which is based on a percentage of your sales.

2. Starting salaries is N50,000 on-target earnings (OTE). With commission and experience, salaries can rise to the region of N250,000 - N400,000 a month.

3. A company car is provided or a car allowance is paid in addition to your salary.
