LAGOS, NIGERIA – The Economic and financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have announced in the wake of the recent arrest of artistes Naira Marley and Zlatan Ibile, that they have more musicians penciled down for arrest and questioning in the coming weeks. Speaking to correspondents at a press briefing today, EFCC Head Honcho, Ibrahim Magu, stated that the arrested artistes along with their accomplices offered vital information during their interrogation that will result in more arrests of Nigerian Music Stars.
This might be troubling news for the entertainment industry, which has thus far borne the brunt of EFCC clampdowns on internet fraud, including raids on Night Clubs, Bars and now Artiste Arrests.
