Telecom operators should shut down all operations in Abia state. MTN, GLO, ZAIN, MULTILINKS, STARCOMMS, VISAFONE, ETC. This way, kidnappers and armed robbers won't have access to effective communications which aids their operations. FG, NCC should think about this. Abia needs real state of emergency. |
