The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, on Sunday responded to guarantee by the Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed that its 2019 presidential competitor, Atiku Abubakar was plotting to topple the President Muhammadu Buhari-drove Federal Government.
