Balderdash, I am sorry if I sound harsh. Nigerians are not very easy people to control and we have very weak institutions to deal with the type of criminals roaming our streets. This is why some of them are now so powerful to buy their ways into seats of power.
If you can catch 80% of these criminals and put them in jail or eliminate them entirely you will have a saner society. There will be no talks of principalities.
Why are these principalities not in other countries except for countries with weak institutions like Nigeria?
