Those who commit Suicide do so to their utter destruction and eternal death as such will spend eternity in Hell Fire. Suicide is a sin that leaves the victims with no chance to repent but regret in Hell for ever. To kill another person is great wickedness and evil but such a person may have chance to repent and give his life to Jesus Christ and thereby may make Heaven if such continue in holiness but the sin of suicide leaves no room for one to live and amend his ways. However there maybe few exceptional cases if the suicidal process is slow taking hours or days before death and the person involved is able to pray through to salvation by the grace of God. This should be very rare cases.Killing some one and suicide are violation of God's commandment "Thou shalt no Kill". Exodus 20:13, Matthew 5:21.

1. REASONS WHY PEOPLE COMMIT SUICIDE.
Matthew 27:2-5 , 2 Samuel 17:23.
There are various reasons why different people commit suicide but there's no excuse for such actions.The reasons includes the following:
*God's judgement like the case of Judah Iscariot because "He, that being often reproved hardened his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy. ( Proverbs 29:1 )Ahithophel may be classified in this category.
* Satanic intrusion and manipulation .( All suicidal cases are satanic works because " The thief cometh not but to steal, kill, and to destroy :..." ( John 10:10 A ). However there are purely high level manipulation due to occultism and diabolical works but all are without excuse. Run away from and avoid all diabolical works, do not dine with Satan. No one dines with him and go free.
* Regret or worldly sorrow may make someone to take this damnable action also. This is common with those who felt they've blown it in business and intimate human relationships.
* unforgiving and revenge spirit is another propelling force. Some children feel if they take this action their parents would learn their lesson or pay dearly for it. This which can happen in filial relationships is also possible in marital/conjugal relationships.
* Unfulfilled expectations in life is another major cause for suicide. This was very common in primitive era when people commit suicide because they failed Standard Six Primary Exam. Such were too parochial to know better chances were ahead. They perished.
* Attempts to avoid punishment when fraudulent and evil past transactions are discovered in Government or Private Establishments.
* Overconfidence and self delusion when people feel no one except they're qualified for some exalted positions in life even in Churches where people aught to know that no man can receive anything except it be given from above as " No man take this Honour unto himself...". ( Hebrews. 5:4 . Such are willfully ignorant that leadership positions are call to labour and responsibility.
The reasons for suicides are many but we may stop here for now.

11. REASONS WHY YOU MUST NOT COMMIT SUICIDE.
A real child of God and even sinners should not commit suicide because of the following reasons:
*The act of suicide in most cases are irredeemable and ends in Hell Fire. Where the process is slow one may not be able to pray through to salvation.
*There is forgiveness with God .Sinners and Backsliders should seek forgiveness and make necessary restitution instead of going to Hell Fire .
* There is a better brighter tomorrow or future for all. Time is the true test of all things ,be patient and forgive yourself.
*Broken Relationships today can be rebuilt again as Saul of Tarsus may become Paul the apostle and friend of all believers tomorrow. " Men aught always to pray and not to faint..." ( Luke 18:1 ) If your husband/ wife deserts u today there's a morrow of reconciliation and reunion.
*Suicide is against the word of God :"Thou shalt not kill" " Do no murder"
* Since you cannot give life do no take life ".
* Suicide is purely cowardice. It shows inability to face the realities of life and it is neither escape route nor remedy to problems .
Innumerable are the reasons why you must not commit suicide. It is a show of thoughtlessness and selfishness. Look up, there is hope and help for you.


111. ETERNAL REGRET FOR COMMITTING SUICIDE.
There is eternal punishment awaiting all sinners in Hell Fire except they repent and receive Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour."Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shall be saved and thy house ". ( Acts 16:31 ). Believe he died on the cross for you and me, believe he rose on the third day from the grave for your justification or forgiveness. Hell is real, Heaven is real. Heaven was prepared for you .Escape Hell so as to make Heaven. Pls read the following scriptures .
Matthew 10:28, Mark 9: 43-47, Luke 16:22-31, Revelation 14:10-11, Revelation 21:8. Remember Hell fire is a place of no return, many are there wishing they have opportunity to repent and be free from Eternal punishment in Hell fire. Jesus is the only solution to all problems, he died on the cross on our behalf and rose on the third day for our justification . I have written this piece for some weeks now waiting to conclude it.The present threat to human lives necessitated posting it .
Please help your children biological and spiritual by teaching, Counselling asking to know their spiritual, social, psychological states, know if they are experiencing depression, discouragement, and assure them of help and hope in Jesus Christ. Assure them of brighter tomorrow and perfect future in Heaven.
