Jumia: Poor Customer Service (my terrible Experience so far) by Codedrock(m): 10:26am On May 21, 2019
Hello people, jumia is a huge company in Nigeria and has been around a long time now and one would expect by now they should be great in every aspect but it looks like they are still shit.. I buy things from Jumia every month and they deliver it successfully, but last month i bought a fan (order: #392972889) which stopped working after a couple hours of usage.. i returned asking for my money back or replace with another, they came and took it back.. its almost a month now but they have not returned me a new fan or send me my money back been calling everyday but they kept saying the package is coming to me i should not worry but no progress.. this happened to a friend of mine 2 years ago, he bought a non functioning phone from them and returned after 3 months they are still postponing him.. One would think by now they should be better than that but it looks they are still into their devious ways..
i really hope the supermods help put this on frontpage.. so they can know Nigerians deserve better.
